What is the time window for returning products?

You have 7 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you receive the order.

Can I opt for both refund and re-shipment?

No, you cannot opt for both and re-shipment of item(s) ordered by you. You may find the packing of the item(s) damaged in certain cases, and therefore request re-shipment of the same item(s). When you do so, you will not be refunded the amount, instead, we will re-ship the item(s) to you.

If I return the item(s) can I opt for new items instead of a refund?

Sometimes, the packaging might be damaged due to transit over long distances. In rare cases, this might leave the packing of the item(s) damaged too. In such a case, you can return these item(s) to us, and request either for a refund or re-shipment of the item(s) that you had ordered.

How are my items eligible for return and refund policy?

To be eligible for our return and refund policy, you must fulfill the below mentioned conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For the purpose of return and refund policy, you need to only let us know the order receipt number. You can check your order receipt number by going into My Account page, or you can ask us to issue you the same.
How does the refund process work?

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have the item(s) returned by you. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return fulfills our conditions as mentioned in the above point, then we will initiate a refund to your credit card/ debit card/ or original method of payment. You will receive the credit in your account within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer’s/ bank’s policies.

Who will bear the shipping costs when I set out to return my items?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

In case if you want the new item(s) to be shipped to you in place of the item(s) refunded by you, then we will bear the shipping costs.
