He has 25 years of experience in M&A, Strategic Planning, eCommerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Distribution, Six Sigma, Financial Management, Information Technology, Research & Development in Chemicals, Mining & Minerals, Polymers, Packaging & Industrial Polymers and FMCG.

Shiv successfully architected and turned around performance at three multi-billion dollar global organizations through operational excellence, profitable growth, and asset & business optimization. As a strategic Advisor to Chairman, President and Executive Coach to Operational Leadership teams for multi-billion dollar global manufacturer. He was previously the founding Director of the Office of Global Health at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
