BANANA SHEERA/SEMOLINA BANANA HALWA (DIABETIC FRIENDLY)

Diabliss product

They say Bananas are Ganeshji’s favorite, apart from modaks of course.

And Banana sheera is imperative to Ganesh Chaturti as an offering to Lord Ganesh… So I am taking these 10 days as a way to showcase some drool-worthy Ganesh Chaturthi specific recipes starting off with this extremely easy banana sheera recipe.

A mix of roasted semolina, sugar, mashed bananas is all that you need to create this delicious halwa or sheera ( in Marathi) as you may call it. Add to it your choice of flavorings of course. For me, a little cardamom powder does wonder to elevate this prasad.

Also bananas and cardamom are a match made in heaven, never fails & keeping it diabetic-friendly, I have used Diabliss Sugar
